(Typically, app purchases are also subject to the terms and conditions of the entity that operates the app store, which are accessible on that entity’s website.) The Sites, E-mail Content, Mobile Content, apps (free and subscription based), the Feeds (as defined below), subscription products and services (online and digital) offered by Newsmax (“Services”), all television content delivered by video, app, streaming, broadcast, cable, satelilite, digital and any other means television is delivered, and all related content and products thereto, are collectively referred to herein as “DrTV Channel Offerings.” These Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms and Conditions”) contain the terms, covenants, conditions, and provisions upon which you (also sometimes referred to herein as “user”) may access and use the DrTV Channel Offerings, including (without limitation) the information displayed on the Sites. These Terms and Conditions are current as of the date above and, together with any Special Terms and Other Agreements (defined in Paragraph 22 below) and our Privacy Policy, comprise your agreement with us.
